What oil should I be putting in my car?

It’s time to change oil, plugs & filters again – part numbers for all of these are on the parts I’m replacing, but what about the oil? The obvious answer is to look in the Owner’s Manual – this will tell you the exact grade and spec required. But what if it’s missing? Car engines have changed with modern day technology, and replacing with an incorrect spec’d oil could lead to extensive & expensive damage, or even premature engine failure due to overheating. Please be sure to use the correct Castrol oil. Ask your auto1 service advisor, or check for yourself on: https://applications.castrol.com/oilselector/en_za/c/search

Thank you Castrol for the link!
