Allied Nippon is a dedicated braking brand, manufactured by Allied JB Friction — a joint venture with Hitachi Chemical and Japan Brake Industrial of Japan, producing at Neemrana in Rajasthan, India.
The range is an original-equipment supply to more than 15 vehicle manufacturers and is exported to over 50 countries. In South Africa it is held exclusively by the group, and brake pads carry a 35 000 km warranty.
Coverage runs across three programmes — passenger and light commercial, taxi, and heavy commercial — including trailer and axle applications.
